Company offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off. They were there within the hour and had my computer back up and working, with multiple upgrades, within 2 days. Great place to work and will definitely return.

I just had my first experience with Priority 1 Computers and am thoroughly happy to have found them, having done such a high quality job for me! I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a company that really cares about its customers. I will be using them again.

Amazing company! Very professional and trustworthy! I am definitely using this company if I have any other computer problems.

Rick has helped me a lot with my internet and computer issues. He is professional, responsive, and has service mind. I recommend you try his services.

I was in need of a part for my computer and Rick saw me right away and knew the solution almost instantly. Rick is a great guy, highly recommend.

Like a lot of parents who are home assisting their kids with e-learning this semester, I dreaded the possibility of having to deal with any computer issues. Then of course one morning, it happened and I flew into a panic when my son’s laptop wouldn’t connect to our home WiFi. I notified his school and unfortunately there were no more loaner laptops available, so we were stuck. Then I called Rick and he literally showed up at my door 20min later. What a godsend!! He was the nicest and most caring person, it felt like I had a family friend over. He stayed much longer than most service providers probably would have, and he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue was resolved. It was the highlight of my week knowing that there are kind people like him still out there in the world. And then he retrieved all of my family photos from a decade old computer on top of it :) Truly above and beyond. Chef’s kiss!

This place is amazing! I was frantic because our laptop fell and was smashed. Rick arranged for a safe Covid pick-up and was able to save all the data. He spent a lot of time on the phone helping me select a replacement and transferred all the data to the new computer. When it turned out that the new computer keyboard was difficult for my wife to work on, he walked me through how to put the data on an external drive and then on another laptop. I felt like I was being helped by a friend, instead of someone I had just met. His willingness to spend time to help, even though he wan't getting paid for his time, made me a customer for life. This level of service is unprecedented and a rare thing in today's world.

I had a host of problems with two computers a Win 7 and a Win 10. It took us 9 days to solve them. Then final solution was a new refurbished Win 10 computer that did away with the necessity for the Win 7 computer. It was a struggle for both Rick and I, but the partnership paid off. I am very happy with the outcome. Rick is dogged in reaching a solution. Cheerful. Keeps his cool. And is always the professional. A great service!

Rick went above and beyond to solve my dilemma with my printer. You NEED to HIRE this guy. He's fantastic!!!

Excellent customer service and responsiveness. I highly recommend.

Been helped out by Rick multiple times, even though I only bought from them once. Very professional and courteous.
