Like a lot of parents who are home assisting their kids with e-learning this semester, I dreaded the possibility of having to deal with any computer issues. Then of course one morning, it happened and I flew into a panic when my son’s laptop wouldn’t connect to our home WiFi. I notified his school and unfortunately there were no more loaner laptops available, so we were stuck. Then I called Rick and he literally showed up at my door 20min later. What a godsend!! He was the nicest and most caring person, it felt like I had a family friend over. He stayed much longer than most service providers probably would have, and he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue was resolved. It was the highlight of my week knowing that there are kind people like him still out there in the world. And then he retrieved all of my family photos from a decade old computer on top of it :) Truly above and beyond. Chef’s kiss!

This place is amazing! I was frantic because our laptop fell and was smashed. Rick arranged for a safe Covid pick-up and was able to save all the data. He spent a lot of time on the phone helping me select a replacement and transferred all the data to the new computer. When it turned out that the new computer keyboard was difficult for my wife to work on, he walked me through how to put the data on an external drive and then on another laptop. I felt like I was being helped by a friend, instead of someone I had just met. His willingness to spend time to help, even though he wan't getting paid for his time, made me a customer for life. This level of service is unprecedented and a rare thing in today's world.

I had a host of problems with two computers a Win 7 and a Win 10. It took us 9 days to solve them. Then final solution was a new refurbished Win 10 computer that did away with the necessity for the Win 7 computer. It was a struggle for both Rick and I, but the partnership paid off. I am very happy with the outcome. Rick is dogged in reaching a solution. Cheerful. Keeps his cool. And is always the professional. A great service!

These guys are awesome. My computer crashed, they picked up the same day around 9 pm and had it ready the next day. They delivered to my house around 7 pm. Talk about great service, believe it or not these guys work up to midnight. If you have a computer problem and need to get it fixed ASAP I recommend that you call Priority 1

Hi all, I have dealt with Priority 1 on multiple occasions. I found them to be super courteous and highly competent. They were upfront with charges and affordable. Honestly, I felt like I was family. They were also very responsive to my inquiries. I am super pleased with them. They resolved my problems efficiently. Aug 1, 2020. I had to call on them again and and I am amazed at the consistency of their service and technical knowledge. when I got scammed they wiped out my checking and two savings accounts. priority 1 computers (rick z.) got ALL my money back !! at priority 1 computer I will recommend everyone to use this company :) !!!
