Service here is amazing! The lady on the phone is very kind and the servicemen know their stuff.. Rick was my PC repair man and helped solve my problem in a quick and professional manner, he even sent me updates throughout the process :)

I tried to use my late son's computer without knowing his passwords. After multiple attempts to gain access, Microsoft was having none of it and locked it up, TIGHT. Having used computers since 1984 as an electrical engineer, I don't usually need help, but it appears computer security has gotten better as I have gotten older. I gave Priority1 a call and Rick said to bring it right in. He untangled the mess I made, got everything working and set the computer up with appropriate settings and passwords. Fast and efficient service. In the future, if I have any computer issues, I will give Rick a call and save my time for other things,.

Rick took time with me to spec the computer system that I needed. Then he gave me very reasonable quotes for several options and purchased the hardware that I required. He came to my house numerous times to install the computer and backup drive on my network and to resolve all the issues that arose. And despite a number of complications, he stuck by his original quote. I would really like to give him more than five stars!

Had an issue with the pump for my liquid cooling system, they installed the new one and cleaned the computer. Back to running smoothly, highly recommend.

My Dell XPS was not charging and battery life was critically low. Rick immediately opened the computer to try a quick fix of a broken contact point, to no avail. Along with juggling other customers, he continued troubleshooting on my computer and downloading Dell files. Although no miracle resulted, he was super helpful in recommending the best configuration for my needs. I will use Rick to clone data to my new computer, when purchased. When data recovery seemed impossible, unseasonably expensive, and all other places saying the computer can't get looked at for more than 5 business days the boys in priority 1 computers came through and got my computer back a week later only because we had to order a ssd m.2 drive that I wanted and couldn't find in stores so it took 4 days to be shipped. Turn around time is great. They answer the phone at any time of the day. Straight forward. I'm very lucky I found these guys. Thank you again.

I got a nasty piece of malware on my Mac. I was super worried and took it here in hopes of getting my laptop back as quickly as possible. Had it functioning properly and ready for pick-up within 27 hours of dropping it off, to be precise. Didn't pay or ask for a rush job, that's just how they do! Very happy.

I purchased a new computer and had to have the hard drive cloned from my old computer to the new one. Priority 1 got the job done. They kept me aware of all issues that cropped up during the process and had me back up and running in 48hrs. The estimate was right on par with the final cost. If you have a technical issue that needs to be resolved, you can't go wrong with Priority 1, no matter how hard the task.

Super quick and super helpful!!!! These guys are amazing.

I had a dedicated laptop computer crash on me and it severely disrupted my business operation. I called and spoke to Rick, and explained my situation. Within 30 minutes I had both Rick and Peter in my office looking into the problem. Not only did they rectify the problem in a quick and cost effective manner. They also suggested a back-up plan, that I will be implementing with their assistance, in the very near future. This company is fantastic to work with and I give them my highest recommendation.
