Rick is the best computer tech I have ever encountered he is very professional and fair and explains everything clearly I highly recommend him for any of your computer needs

Rick came out on a late Sunday afternoon and was able to get my company's server back up and running - simply amazing. I highly recommend - thorough, reasonably priced, and just saved the day for this small business!

I had a computer that once I got through login had a black screen that wouldnt go away. After reading the positive reviews I took it on to Priority 1 Computer repair. I was there between 9 and 10 am and my computer was repaired, cleaned and faster than it's been in years. It was ready by 1p.m. Great service and good price. Use this company and you won't be sorry. Support the local businesses instead of the big box stores.

I am very computer illiterate and this place was not only quick, excellent price and fixed all my computer issues right on the spot. Rick was phenomenal . He had to deal with my character defect of impatience and he did it with kindness and professionalism to the maximum. Highly highly recommend .

10/10 customer service. Rick went on a journey that no random tech support agent or corporate money hungry geek squad rep would ever do. I had built a PC for my brother that was having issues with defective parts and missing bios updates and Rick dedicated late nights to making sure he isolated the issue. This review will turn into a book if I had to describe the steps he made sure to go through to make sure my computer was running to its best capabilities, he’s gone out of his way even buying a replacement part himself being that I wasn’t going to be able to run to Best Buy till I got out of work because he was eager to make sure this computer was running at its best as soon as possible. Highly recommending to all my friends. Do not go to some corporate owned tech spot like geek squad where they want to charge you 100$ for diagnostic then 100$ for this then a 100$ for things where they know isn’t the issue for the computer but they have a corporate list to check off. If Rick knows what the root of the problem is, he goes straight to it. Once again THANK YOU! :)

Great experience, I called on Saturday, told him my problem, he gave me the cost and the minimum time it would but offer to give me options to try before hiring him.. I called back and he came over and fixed ALL the problems and more.. I am thankful to find someone honest

I would highly recommend anyone come to Priority1 to have their computer issues sorted out. Their services are great and the prices are extremely fair. Rick easily solved an issue that was affecting my computer for about a week. He quickly identified the issue and I had my computer back and working within 24 hours. I’ve seen some reviews stating Priority1 has helped people pick parts and install them in their computers too. I would definitely recommend people come here if they are looking for help with building a computer as well. Rick is truly a trustworthy expert in this field!

Rick diagnosed my out of warranty machine properly and tracked down comparable parts that Dell didn’t have in stock. (CPU fan and pump). He also cleaned up the computer so it was returned to me like new as well as installed all updates and checked for malware. This was my baby and Rick and his wife treated her (and me) with care, competence and professionalism. Thanks you!

Let me start by saying this place is by far the best PC repair place you will find in Florida. I had a huge issue where my PC would not display to my monitor so I called up Priority One Rick answered instantly and let me know I could still come in and get it diagnosed (IT WAS 10:30PM LIKE THATS CRAZY). I went to the location and before you ask yes they are actually open til midnight. Amazing skills he diagnosed it quickly it was a power supply issue. He had parts available to replace and I payed and got it fixed amazing price too. He let me watch the entire process and taught me some tips about computer cleaning they even cleaned out my entire PC of all the dust. Rick and Charlie are highly skilled PC repair men and will definitely be recommending all my friends to visit when they have issues. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Gamers highly recommend this place and anyone not computer smart will definitely appreciate the online support they offer.

They brought back my pc that's been dead for over a year back to life with a new, beautiful, and more powerful build than before. I had my tower, motherboard, PSU, and GPU swapped after water damage, and it is an impressive feat for how well all my HDDS/SSDS, CPU, Fans, and ports are functioning. From how smooth my pc runs again, the fact it can start, I have all my storage intact, to the cleaning of my heatsink that had so much gunk accumulated, I was able to tell that Rick and Karen put in hours of work with precision and attentiveness. I feel blessed such a meticulous duo have worked on my device. As for the price, it is unfair to Rick, Karen, and whoever on their team, to have such low rates. I left paying, leaving my old functioning parts, wrote this review, and I still feel indebt to them. I am so grateful that such a project was an incredible success, a pleasant experience, and at an affordable price!
