Rick is the man, I’m so grateful for his help. I’d come to him when a Windows update fried my computer and he spent hours across a weekend bringing it back from the dead. What‘s more, a couple weeks later I had the misfortune for an entirely different problem fry the hardware. Once again, Rick did everything he could, swapping out parts to identify everything that broke. Ultimately, the parts needed to be replaced and he helped me find the best deals to get it back. He helped me assemble it and verify everything worked. His time, attention to detail, and expertise were very much appreciated. I would trust him with any tech issues I have in the future and recommend Priority 1 Computers to anyone needing the same.

Rick helped me out big time because I was struggling to build my PC for my girlfriend, but I brought it in and despite all the problems Rick helped me through every one and despite working tirelessly he charged me a more than fair price for some amazing work and patience. Took my computer to Rick to see why it kept blue screening and he was able to diagnose my computer and tell me what was wrong and what I needed to fix it. Definitely recommend to everyone if you need help with your computer!

I can’t say enough great things about this computer repair company! My son and I were working on his new computer build, and we ran into some serious issues that we couldn’t solve on our own. To make matters worse, it was the weekend, and we thought we were out of luck. But Rick stepped in after hours and saved the day! Did me really good and fixed all the problems I had with my pc even ones I didn’t know was wrong with it. edit- Late edit but they did break my usb port, installed hardware I didn’t want, and set up automatic shutdown so I couldn’t let it download things over night. Took about 2 days for me to fix the problems and usb port still doesn’t work

I went to Rick twice; the first time he fixed my laptop with no issue and the second time he went to bat for me when he discovered the main issue. He contacted the manufacturer and got my laptop fixed under warranty. He is just amazing!!

AMAZING experience. I visited best buy with the same PC and they told me my monitor was the issue. After buying a completely new monitor I was still having the same issue. Priority 1 was able to fix my computer, install extra storage, AND I was able to pick up my PC the next day. Never going back to best buy.

Rick did an awesome job. My old computer runs like it's a brand new computer. Unfortunately it was frozen and could not get access to a lot of the files but he fixed all of that.
