Rick did a phenomenal job and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. Computer is running great and I will definitely be taking it back to Rick should there ever be any other issues.

Came in to wipe a computer, he performed the work in a timely manner and gave me a more than fair price for the work compared to others. He was polite and we had polite conversation. Had this work done a year ago but I realized I never reviewed when he asked. Sorry about that but better late than never!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we got from Priority1. We had two computers in their death, throws. Rick looked them over, determined that they were salvageable took them for some intensive care and returned with two computers that function like brand new. Rick is a No nonsense guy who truly knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend using Priority 1 If you need computer work. You will not be disappointed.

Honestly one of the best customer experiences i've ever had. Rick was a solid dude that negotiated a decent price for me and was able to solve my problem within a day. Despite things not going to plan initially, when we thought the problem was fixed, he didn't make me pay an additional cost for the labor to fix the issue. There's no doubt if I have any computer issues in the future he would be the guy I go to.

Excellent service. Nobody wants to come home to a computer that doesn’t work because the hard drive crashed. Rick did not just an excellent job but a very timely job. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to take care of the problem and return my computer.

Rick patiently came to my home and also worked remotely and via telephone to repair my PC after a windows upgrade messed up my email Outlook account. He worked wonders, quickly and within budget to repair my software. He fixed it in a hurry, explaining all the way what he was doing and why. If you need your PC fixed, look no further Rick is the guy for the job. The new NVIDIA GPU driver update messed with my entire PC to the point my GPU produced artifacts and finally just gave up and started producing the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), which usually means the GPU has a bad driver or it completely dies and needs a replacement. In my desperation to try and fix my computer not wanting to admit there was something wrong with the GPU I messed with the Windows boot files, which led to another problem that made it impossible to load Safe Mode on Windows and fix my GPU. I thought it was the end for my graphics card until I called Priority 1 and Rick answered. He not only works until 12 a.m. and has been doing this for 40 years now, but was also able to explain the problem my PC had in detail, telling me to drop it off at 9 p.m. which I did. And he then resolved the issue within an hour while giving me more than a fair price for the repair and making my PC run like new.
