Bless the establishment and Rick. I had an urgent problem with the computer I use for work and I just needed help borrowing a second monitor since the screen on my laptop died. He didn't have to, but he helped me get set up and I managed to get my documents backed up. Straightforward, very patient, I highly recommend.

My desktop computer hard drive would not start up. I called Rick at Priority 1 Computers due to his sterling reputation and abilities. He was able to come over that same day. He found some corrupted files that were causing the problem. He went about correcting the problem which was child's play for him as he is so highly skilled. I am up and running thanks to Rick.
